Thanks for posting. We don't carry a hinge with a 13" base arm, but our 36-004-14 14" Hinge should work as a substitute, so long as there's room on the sill for a slightly longer base arm, and so long you replace both hinges in the window at the same time. Take a look at the dimensions below, compare to your old hardware, and see what you think.
