I need a whole new two point locking system with a 15" bar. Also the plastic clips that hold the bar in place. I also need 2 lh operators and 1 rh operator.

Hello,

Your operator resembles one of the Encore operator pairs featured in the video below. The determining factor would be the type of fitting used to attach the long arm to the sash track.

We also offer the 39-448 tie bar guide. As for the tie bar itself, yours resembles the 14.9" long 38-901 with cone rollers shown below. Take a look and see what you think. Thank you!

The cover plate on the one I have seems fixed. These pics show the bottom where there are part numbers etc. The long arm has the number 41012. The short arm has the letter B. And the underside of the body has a date and time of manufacture.

You are correct that you have the old-style version of our Encore operators with a fixed cover. Ours do not come with a cover but are used with either the 39-375 or 39-376 handle and cover kits. As mentioned above, the fitting that attaches the long arm to the track mounted on the bottom of the sash will determine the correct replacements based on the video that we sent you.
