Trying to find replacement

Hi I have this hinge that I need to replace but I can't find anywhere .. the only marlins are number 480 on one side and I can barely read but think says L5998 on other side of hinge. Thank you

Thanks for posting. This exact hinge is likely no longer made, but our 32-126 Hinge Kit may work as a substitute. Take a look, review the photos and specifications, and let me know if you think this hinge could work for you.
