Undermount drawer slide piston

Question

I have undermount self closure drawer slides, I need to replace the pistons on the slides (the closure mechanism is no longer functioning) these pistons have some identifying numbers on them (12.01.07 AVS421 1K08C04) the part has a plastic magnet holder on the tip of the metal piston shaft, fully extended its 4 1/2" long, the piston shaft extends 1 1/2" out from body, the body length is: 3 1/4" has a flange on it that has two flat edges.
