United Windows Pivot Shoe

I have tow United Windows 5500 series double hung windows. All the pivot shoes are cracked preventing the windows from moving up and down freely. Can you please help me find the replacement pivot shoes and how to replace them.

Hello there, Tony.

I'm afraid your pivot shoe is too obscured by the track. In order to help, we will need to see it removed from the window along with the written-out thickness and width. In the meantime, take a look at the video below which will show you how to remove your hardware using the cut-out method.
