I'm afraid your pivot shoe is too obscured by the track. In order to help, we will need to see it removed from the window along with the written-out thickness and width. In the meantime, take a look at the video below which will show you how to remove your hardware using the cut-out method.

If you end up needing the balance, just let us know! Your balance configuration isn't something we stock but we can still help via custom order. I would just need to know the length of the metal channel and the stamp printed on the metal channel.
