Vetter Window Hardware

Question

I have Vetter casement windows from 1998. The corner on 2 of the windows doesn't pull in and close properly. Is that a hardware problem? Are the parts available. Several numbers on the hardware: 20810, 515381A.

Hello there. Try disconnecting the operator from the window and then manually moving the sash by hand. If it moves fine, then the operator was indeed the issue. It looks like you have the 39-031 and 39-032 EntryGard operators, but make sure the dimensions of the arms match what is shown below. Let me know if anything differs. For new covers and handles, see the 39-114L and 39-107 sold separately.

If the window does not move properly even with the operator disengaged, then the window hinges might need to be replaced. See if the 36-048 10" Hinge Set matches what you have.
