Thank you for reaching out to us. It appears your balance resembles the S765-23 with the 22-5 option. We don't sell your exact pivot shoe but the 15-046 appears to match your thickness and width measurements. As for the pivot bar, take a look at the 26-412, 26-400, and 26-369. Look over the specifications and see if one matches up with what you need.
