I viewed the pics that you have on line and did not see one exactly like this one, but checking to see if you might be able to find this part.

Hi there, Mark. We believe you have a pivot shoe that measures 1-1/4" wide by 1/2" thick. Please confirm those measurements. If that is in fact correct, your part can be replaced with our 15-046.
