They are wedge shaped pivots. I found some similar on your website and ordered them, but if you have the exact ones that would be even better.

Thanks for reaching out! The closest replacement match we carry for this cam pivot is the 26-150 Cam Pivot Pair. They do mount to the frame differently than your existing pivots but I do believe this could still work for you.
