Thanks for reaching out to us. This part is called a pivot bar. We sell quite a few that have the same design as yours, but they differ in terms of hole placement. That will ultimately be the deciding factor.

I'll share three parts with you to review: our 26-226, 26-352, and 26-450. Your next step should be to measure the distance between the center of your screw hole to the front tip, and then check our dimensions to see if any of these options are a match.
