Weathershield double hung and casement windows from 2000.

Question

I have a need for bash balances and weatherstripping and operator hardware for some casements for Weather Shield brand windows from 2000. The casement hardware was Truth brand 31850 and the balances have 32TG GL and are 2860 in size. Can you provide this hardware?

We may be able to help, but this information is not enough, unfortunately. I'll need you to remove each part you want to replace and show us a clear picture of it by itself and without obstruction. Please also make sure these parts are whole and undamaged.

For the weatherstripping, we especially need to see its end profile. The video below will clarify what I mean.
