Can 58-053 replace a foam seal?

I have Simonton Dimension One Series casement windows. The current weather stripping is foam with no offset. Would the Kerf mount bubble seal 5/16", part # 58-053, work as a replacement or do you suggest a different one?

Sure, assuming your dimensions are the same as ours the 58-053 should still work. A hollow bubble seals just as well as foam.
