Two questions about your product Code S900-27 w/ 3/8" tube spiral balance product.

1. What does "ready to be charged" mean in the product description?

2. Does the product come in pairs of two (2) or singles?
If I order four of this product will I get (4) singles or (4 pairs for a total of 8)?

Thanks,

David

Good Afternoon,

Ready to be charged means that after you install the new spiral balance in your window you can charge (adjust) the spiral balance to your window's needs. Different windows have different sash weights and tension caused by tightness and weatherstripping. Purchase the 75-006 charging tool along with your new spiral balances. See our tilt-window charging guide and this discussion explaining how to give your balances the initial charge. The S900 series balance is sold individually. So if you order four of this product you will receive exactly four balances.
