Wheel for aluminum sliders

A handy person from Reno, NV says:
House built in 1970s. Sliders are dual pane Aluminum. Wheel channel is 0.25" and total wheel width is approx. 5/16 (0.3125"). Wheel diameter 1.5". Wheel bearings are shot and riveted in place. Thickness of the "carriage" is 0.75" and the side punch outs add about 1/16 (0.0625") on each side.
