Attached is a photo of my current broken shoe for my window. My coil has a 4085 stamped on it. Could you help me determine which replacement parts I need? I know I need new shoes for both sides along with coils and pivot bars. However, I am not sure which ones to order.

We can definitely help. There are two options you can consider: our 15-259 or 15-192.
The 15-192 is used with the S170 and S171 coil springs but note, the aligners on the face would need to be shaved down to fit in the track.
Then we have the 15-259 that's used with the Series 159 and can work as-is. We even have a video that details the replacement process which I've posted below. Take a look and let me know if you have any questions regarding these parts.
The Series 159 coil springs are compatible with the 15-259 pivot shoe. We also recommend you replace your existing pivot bars with the 26-083 as shown in the video above.
