Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. I can't ID your balance, unfortunately. It appears the top fitting is missing which is a vital detail. In order to help, I would need to see photos of an undamaged balance removed from the window with the end fittings intact.

I'm not quite sure what you may have here. I can't tell if this fitting is our 19-037 or our 19-024 with the top broken off. Can you confirm if your top fitting is damaged? If it is, may we see an undamaged version?

We believe you have a 29" long balance with the 19-037 top fitting. This configuration isn't a stock assembly of ours so it will have to be a custom order. Can you measure the bottom shoe as shown below and tell us what you find? We would also like you to confirm the number of balances you'd like to order.

Hello,

The bottom was 1 inch. Can we return them if they do not fit?

I'm afraid custom orders are non-refundable. As long as the information you've given us is correct, our replacements should work for you.

What we'll be using is a 29" long metal channel with the 19-037 top and 15-005 1" deep bottom. Your old 28C stamp translates to 2830 which is the stamp we will use. A pair of balances with this stamp will support a sash weighing 16 to 23 pounds. With that said, I will email you a purchase link that you can use to place an order on our website.
