Window Crank handle with gear

A quick learner from Virginia says:
This window was manufactured by Thermal Gard. It has a 9" arm to the left of the mechanism. The gear is stripped out.

Hello there. When that gear pops out with the handle, it means the entire window operator has broken down and needs to be replaced. Pictures of the entire operator, including the link arm(s) that push and pull the sash, will help us narrow the replacement options down for you. A bird's eye view, with the operator either removed from the window or with the window open, would be best. We will do our best to assist you from there.

That's perfect, thank you very much. This looks like our 39-031 Dual-Arm Operator (it's opposite-handed version is the 39-032). Just make sure the dimensions of the arms listed below matches what you have. Let me know if anything differs. For new handles and covers, see the 39-114L and 39-107 sold separately.
