Window Parts for M and W Windows Single Hung Vinyl with Tilt

Need these window parts. also have data labels from windows if that would help, and can sent that to you under a separate email. Sorry I already removed the parts from the windows. Please advise.

Thanks for posting! I'm pretty sure we can help. Also don't apologize for removing the parts from the windows, that's an enormous help for us. I would start by looking at our 26-366 pivot bar, which looks very similar to your design.

I'm less certain about that pivot shoe. You have an older style that's no longer made. Can you tell me its width and thickness? We have a bunch of different shoes compatible with the 26-366 that I think can work, but it will depend on size.

Tom thanks for your reply. The size of the existing pivot shoe is 2 1/4" long, 1 1/4" wide, and about 9/16" deep. I have one I ordered and used in the past that looks like it might work, it is part number 15-046, i'll attach a photo. Also I have a question regarding jamb spreader, with older vinyl windows will the vinyl be brittle and break? is it better to use the cut out method?

Ah, perfect. That shoe looks like our 15-046. If that worked, then I think it's a good bet.

As for the spreader, you're 100% right: sometimes older vinyl windows have a risk of breaking. The cut out method, in that case, is usually a safer bet.
