We are in need of window repair parts. Attached is a picture of the window with the pivot lock shoe that is broken.
Are you able to advise what item(s) we may need to repair this and the parts we need to order.

Hello!

Your pivot shoe looks like it might have broke from our 15-179 which is 15/16" wide. To help you further, could you write out the width and thickness of your pivot shoe? Could you also tell us what type of balance system you're using?
