Window balance 24C

Question

This is a 24 in channel with missing parts obviously inside. I would say side channel is 3/8 but not sure about the rest.

Hello,

Your channel balance resembles the Series 800, which has the same 3/8" channel. With that being said, these types of balances marked with 34C would generally have a 25" long metal channel. not including the end fittings. If so, you would need the S800-25 channel balance with a 24C strength option to support a sash between 13-20 lbs. Take a look and see what you think.
