I need to buy window balances that are 15 inches long and 24 inches long they are identical to the pictures period I cannot figure out which one is the order . I also know how to switch out the springs if you have the correct springs for the 15 inch and 24 inch window balance.9/16 inch width. Thank you.

We appreciate you reaching out to us. Our Series 751 ribbed channel balance looks like a good match for what you show here. There should also be a stamp on the metal channel that will indicate what spring strength option you'd need for your replacements. Take a look and let us know if you have any questions.

I meant to ask, can we buy the springs that fit the 15 inch 14 tg and 24 inch 23 tg balance for the window alone , just the springs?

I'm afraid we can only supply the whole balance, not just the springs.
