Your balance resembles the S795-26 (26B) channel balance except that it uses the 15-198 hook at the end of the pulley cord and a T-lock shoe similar to the 15-229. If so, we can supply the configuration that you need but it will need to be a custom order. I would recommend confirming the length of your metal channel, not including the T-lock shoe since a 26B stamp would normally indicate that the channel would measure 26" long for this type of assembly. We'll also need to know the number of replacements that you need, with the minimum being two. Thank you!
