Window balance

Question

I believe I need to replace this whole window balance.  The part for the tilt in window snapped on both sides.  The metal part of the balance is 27.5 inches tall and 1/2 inch wide. Thank you for your help!

Thanks for reaching out to us. We unfortunately don't sell this exact balance, but we may still be able to offer an alternative. Before I suggest anything, though, can you show me a picture of the hole where the top hook installs? Can you also tell me how many of these you needed, just in case? Lastly, what is the exact weight of the sash, down to the ounce?
