Window balance and shoe

Good Morning,

I am needing to replace a 29D BSI window balance and shoe. Can you help? i will also need to replace the top exterior window pane that has cracked from improperly closing down on window.

Your channel balance resembles the S770-29 with a 29D stamp option. To further review for a new pivot shoe, we will need to see the original style.

The broken tilt latch resembles the style of the 26-314. Please compare the dimensions to confirm a good fit. Unfortunately we only have these available in the color black. 

Unfortunately we are not able to assist with replacement window panes. I apologize for the inconvenience.
