We offer the 15-192 pivot shoe for Certainteed, which uses the S170 and S171 coil springs, along with the parts listed under the related items section of the 15-192 product page. This is not an exact match for your part and uses a different style cam, so we would like to see photos of your pivot bar removed from the sash to confirm if it would be compatible with our shoe. Also, keep in mind that some customers have reported that they needed to shave the front of the shoe down to install it in their window jamb. Thank you.
Thanks for getting back to us. Unforutnately, we do not carry a pivot bar with a height of 3/8", which is quite large for this style. I would recommend double-checking the height and we can go from there. Also, could you confirm if this pivot bar is used with the same pivot shoe shown in your initial post?
