Doesn't look broken but is immovable or locked. 21 inches channel, 1/2 inch in width and depth. Marked 20 - 5 RM BSIM. Dash is faint and may be only from use. Was able to easily lift the two of them from both sides of window without removing window panes.

Hello,

Take a look and compare the 20" long S795-20 channel balance with a 20E strength option to yours. I would recommend double-checking the length of your balance, making sure that you only include the metal channel and not the attached t-lock shoe.

You'll also notice that the metal cam in the t-lock attachment that comes with the S795 balance is closed, while yours is open. You'll need to swap the t-lock shoes that come with the stock balances with the 15-195B that is sold separately. Take a look and let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you!
