Seems like it's either the S380 or the S385, but I can't tell the difference in the boot.

I agree. It looks like you could have either the S380-24 or S385-24, depending on the depth of the bottom nylon shoe. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll need to measure as shown below to determine which balance you have. You'll also need a spring strength option of 2340.
