Window channel balance

Question

Hi there I am In need of a 1 window channel balance ! And Someone to install it I live In Huntington Beach, California 92649 ! If you know of any body that would install 1 balance for 1 window ?
The marking on the balance (20 4 JQ CALDWELL)

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380-21 or S385-21 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2040 spring strength options for your replacement balances. Keep in mind that both balances should be replaced at the same time to the the sash is equally supported.
