Hi Joe, thank you for posting,
With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.
You will need a 30" balance with a 2930 stamp option. If you are unsure that the marking is 29 3, this stamp supports a 16 to 23 lb window sash. The sash can be removed and weighed on a scale to confirm. Please review and let us know if you have any additional questions.

Could you please give me the part number
Dimensions are
1/2 long x 13/32 wide x 5/32 high
(Approximately)
Thank you Joe

The bottom balance channel has 1 inch attachment at the bottom of the track, same as the S380 picture.
the weight of the sash is 16 lb, I will need 12 channel balances
the weight of other sash is 29 lb, I will need 8 channel balances
the weight of other sash is 9 lb, I will need 6 channel balances
and one window is 24 inches long balance channel with the same attachment at the bottom that weighs 11 lb, I will need 2 of them
could you please let me know the part number for each window?
Thank you for your time Joe

Hi Joe,
Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 67-026 face guide to see how it compares to your original!

For the sash weights, are they all for a 30" metal channel? If so, please review the S380-30 product page. Under the product description you will see a strength chart. Match up the window sash weight to choose the correct stamp option. Each stamp option needed will need to be added to your cart separately.
This will be the same for the 24" balance. Please review the strength chart on the S380-24 product page to determine the correct stamp option needed. Let me know if you have any additional questions!
