I need help identifying my channel. It has 29-4 written on metal frame. Metal frame length is 30" exactly. I think its your S380 or S385.
I didn't no how to measure shoe.

Hey Saul. I agree this is either an S380-30 or S385-30. The shoe depth that differentiates these two balance Series can be thought of as the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. The picture below illustrates this difference. In either case you'll need a stamp option of 2940.
