Hoppe Brand Window handle

Hello. I am trying to track down a replacement window handle. It seems to be a hoppe brand tilt handle. The screws are about 3 7/8 inches apart and the spindle is a bit less than an inch. Any help would be greatly appreciated. A few pics attached.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid that we don't h ave an exact match for this window handle. The only thing we have that's similar is our 38-142. Could you perhaps use this as a substitute? Look it over and see if you agree.
