Window hardware replacement

We are looking to find replacements for the pieces shown below as directed by customer service. The white plastic piece is broken in half. The other half is stuck in the window frame. I will need three sets please.

Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. I recommend you have a look at the 15-259 pivot shoe which uses the S159 coil springs. We also have a video that will walk you through the replacement process which I've posted below. Take a look and let us know if you have any questions.

I have 2 different windows that are broken- so I would need sets for 2 windows. How expensive are they? In my Muncy, Pennsylvania area is there anyplace to purchase them locally and is there some place that would do the labor?

Pricing can be found on the 15-259's store page but we're not sure who may have these parts in your area. Our contacts are limited to South Jersey so you would need to contact a local professional near you.

Good Morning- YES- I would like to order the hardware to repair 2 different windows.That would include the coil balance pivot shoe and the pins we need to place in the window. Is there any way that printed directions could also be included? Thank you very much for you attention to this matter. Nan

You can place an order for these parts directly on our website at your convenience! Note, you will need to check the band of the coil springs for a code to determine what spring weights you'll need. If there aren't any, you will need to divide the sash weight by two.

We, unfortunately, don't have printed instructions for this conversion but the video above will detail every step.
