The first two photos are of numbers on the actual window and the third is the party that I need replaced. Window does not stay open.

Hello,

In order to identify your balance, we'll need a picture of both end attachments and the length of the metal channel. Take a look at our channel balance guide that may be able to walk you through which one to choose.

If you're still unsure, send us some more photos and we'll do our best to point you in the right direction.

I think I have narrowed it down to S380 or S385. I can't determine the depth of the shoe. Here are a few more photos. Thank you for your time.

It looks like you have the S385-32, which has a 1-3/32" shoe. If that measurement and your 32" channel length is correct, you should be good to go with this balance.

A quick learner from CA says:
From the picture I sent you can you determine the stamp option?

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Not from the pictures, no, but the stamp gives a hint. "3160" is close to your "31 6." You can weigh your window sash to verify that. The S385-32 webpage lists which options hold which weights.
