Moss brand window installed in 2006. Clips holding spring in metal channel broke. Marking on channel has 34S. Pictures attached for reference. Any help/suggestions greatly appreciated!

Hello, thank you for posting,

It appears that you have the Series 795 channel balance, but with the 15-195B open cam T-lock shoe. To further review, are you able to provide a picture of the top metal attachment that installs into the window? We need to determine if your balance uses a hook or a screw in tab for installation.

It also appears that your metal channel is stamped with a 34B instead of 34S. Please let me know if this was a typo. Thank you!

I have attached a couple new photos. I am guessing its the screw in tab that attaches the screw to top of window frame. Also 34B is correct! No idea where the S came from. Thanks so much for the reply!

Thank you for the additional pictures!

Your balance uses a screw clip which comes standard with the Series 795 channel balance. You will need the S795-34 channel balance with a 34B stamp option. This balances comes equipped with a closed cam T-lock shoe while yours is open(see through). The 15-195B T-lock shoe will need to be purchased additionally and switched out before install. Please review the video below for more details.
