Window parts

A quick learner from Oklahoma says:
Can you help me with these parts. Two balance springs, two shoes, two pivot bars and two top latches. The house was built in 1979.

We should be able to help, but I'll need more information before I can get a recommendation.

To start, please show me a clear picture of the pivot shoe out of the window and tell me its width and thickness. Those are the two most important dimensions. I will also need you to tell me the diameter of the outer balance tube. Finally, seeing a picture of your pivot bar removed and from a few more angles would also be a huge help.

A quick learner from Oklahoma says:
l can get you better pictures and measurements tomorrow.

Here are some better pictures. The counter balance is 3/8. If you need anything more measurements or pictures let me know.
Thanks

Thanks! The pivot bar looks to be a match for our 26-041. This can be used for a bunch of different pivot shoes but the most common pairing is the 15-045. You really should compare the 15-045 dimensions we show on its store page to your original, just to be 100% sure.

For the tilt latch, see our 26-089P.  (26-089BP for black version)

I am still not sure what your balance diameter is. If the tube is 3/8" then you want the Series 900. If it's 9/16" or 5/8", then you want the Series 500 instead. Based on everything you've shown me so far it's probably going to be 3/8" but it can't hurt to check.
