We don't have a pivot bar that matches this, no. Would it be possible to see a picture of the shoe that this part engages? That will allow me to check to see if we sell anything that can be used as a replacement instead.

I have good news and bad news. The good news is that we do sell a pivot set that can work with this knife-lock shoe guaranteed, and that would be our 26-150.
The bad news is that I'm not sure how well this will install on your sash. The 26-150 is meant to screw to a flat surface, but the bottom corner of your sash has a hole in it where the old pivot bar plugged in. You may need to find a way to cover that hole so that the 26-150 can install freely, though even then I'm not sure just how well it will work.
I really tried to find your old pivot bar but didn't have any luck. At this time I think our 26-150 is our best match. I am optimistic that it can work even though I cannot guarantee it.
