Hello, can you identify the top and bottom part. This is a 24 inch long, 1/2 inch wide B.S.I. # 2320DG. What is the proper replacement part from Swisco? Thanks.

Hi there. Have a look at our S395-24 channel balance. This comes assembled with the 19-005 balance top and 15-001 bottom balance shoe. Compare your fittings with us to determine if this is the correct balance for you. If so, then you can go with the 2320 option that holds a sash weight of 9-15 pounds.
