Window won't stay up

Question

Window won't stay up. This small plastic insert is broken on the other side and this one is cracked. What is it and how do I get another to replace it?

I can't be sure with the part is still installed but it looks like you may be showing a mounting bracket for a coil balance assembly. I'd recommend removing yours from the window to compare to the 16-031 shown below. If it's not a match, please get back to us with additional photos and we can go from there. Thank you!
