Your Better Bilt window looks like it uses our 3/8" diameter Series 900 spiral balances. You will need to measure the length of the housing tube to choose the correct replacements. Also, your nylon bearing is considered red.
As for your tilt latches, take a look and compare the specifications of the 26-351 pair shown below to yours. Thank you!
Unforutnately, these photos do not give us any new information. You would need to remove your balance from the window to confirm that the 3/8" diameter of the S900 matches yours and to confirm the length needed as shown in the image below.
