Windsor window springs

Hello,
I believe I may have Windsor windows. The spring on several windows seems to be displaced from its proper location. Please provide the part number and hopefully instructions on how to replace the springs.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We should be able to help with the channel balances shown here. However, I'll need more information. Can you remove an undamaged balance assembly and show us photos as shown in the video below? We would also like to see a photo of the pulley wheels in the metal channel.

Hello,
I have attached pictures and measurements of the channel balance and the plastic bracket that attaches to the window. Could you confirm what specific parts I need? The channel balance is stamped 2740 BSI and the metal bar is 28 inches long.

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S351-28 or S390-28, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

As for the top sash guide, see our 18-008. This appears to match your original quite closely.
