Hopefully I can help! I have come across this roller before while doing repair work over the years. Unfortunately, exact replacements cannot be found. What I ended up doing was using the 81-078, which is 9/16" wide. To get it to fit, I filed down the sides of the housing to thin out the width of the housing, though I still had to force it into the frame. Now I also considered the 81-090 roller, since it has a narrower housing at 1/2" (still not has narrow as your which is just shy of 1/2" thick), but I needed the wings on the 81-078 to hold it into the door frame. The 81-078's wheel did hang down a little at the bottom of the frame. However I did get the door to work.
