anderson windows sash cords/boxes

Question

I have 2 different size windows that need the sash cords/boxes replaced. The part numbers are impossible to read but I will do my best to discribe each box
Box 1) the part numberlooks to start with E51 7/27 11-83 or maybe
E5? 9??7 11-85 or maybe
E?? 4/?? 11-86 or maybe none of these
Box 1 fits a window frame that is 53 1/2" +/- depending on sill slope. Each individual window is 27 1/2" tall and 36" wide. Both upper and lower.
The sash cord when fully extended from the frame of the box where the cord pretudes to the plastic fitting is 31" to 31 1/2" long.

Box 2) part number O52 7/27 1235 or
)52 7?27 1235 best guess on all part numbers
Fits a window that is 46" +/- tall Each sash is 23 1/2" tall by 36" wide
The sash cord when fully extended from the box is 27"

All boxes are stamped with 11600-17

Hello,

Andersen sash balances marked with 9#27 would use the 24-939 replacements. It looks like you also have balances stamped with 7#27, which would use the 24-737 sash balances. Take a look at both options and let us now if you need anything else. Thank you.
