Unfortunately, we do not carry an exact match for the top sash guide shown in your photos. The 18-166 has been recommended as a possible replacement in the past but the dimensions would be the determining factor. Also, keep in mind that you may need to make a new installation hole in the guide to install it. Take a look and see what you think.
