broken channel balance

Question

I like help in finding a replacement channel balance for my single-hung window.

The marking on the length of the channel is 32 2 FU CMC 3

If you carry this balance, I would like to order two of them so I can replace both sides of the window.

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-33 or S385-33, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.
