Need 2 replacement parts for 32-5 KL5 CMC 3 or 32-5 balances with wing tabs. Please quote for (2X) balances.
Also, I was trying to look into your website for refereces. Is 33" Series 385 Channel Balance #S385-33 a comparable replacement with winged tabs?

Hello there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 5/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channel should measure 32-5/8" long. Custom orders are nonrefundable so you may want to double-check to be safe.
However, the balance in your first photo is a different type compared to the ones in the rest of the photos. The metal channel for that should measure 33".We can help with this too but it must be a custom order as well. Can you tell me the quantity of these balances you'd like?
I'm afraid the S385 or any of our stock balances can't replace this type of hardware. The issue when trying to use a stock balance to replace this is that if you were to use a 32" version, both the metal channel and cord would be too short and the sash wouldn't be able to close. Meanwhile, a 33" would be too long, and you'd run into the same issue.
Thanks for getting back to us. As we discussed earlier, you have two different types of balances here and both are stamped 32-5. You said you wanted a quote for (2) and (4) but can you clarify for which balances? Did you want (2) of the balances with the staples in the bottom shoe as shown in your first photo in the initial batch of images, and (4) for the other balances in the rest of the photos?
