Thanks for posting! Our 38-210 would not work as a replacement for the type of latch you are searching for.

There is a chance that we might be able to recommend a replacement solution, however, I'll need to see a photo of your entire lock to confirm. It would be best to see it removed from the window so that we see both the outside design and the inside of your lock.

This white plastic piece is unfortunately not sold separately, and it won't be something we can supply. The only option we can offer is a complete new lock. 

We have several that may work, but I can't quite make out what you have only seeing the back of the lock. Seeing the front would allow me to narrow down the list of possibilities considerably. Would that be possible?

In the meantime, you can see our full selection here. Some possible options are the 38-075, 38-097, 38-098, 38-144, and several others.

I'm afraid that that white piece isn't sold by itself. As mentioned in the thread above, the full lock will need to be replaced.
