Pívot part for aluminum window rod

A home owner from New York says:
Hi

This part was removed from a double awning aluminum window with a crank system.

The part acts as a pivot for a rod that inserts into the larger hole. The smaller holes are for screws to anchor the part and secure to the window.

Can you please help me ID the part and supply it?

We don't have an exact match for this torque bearing, unfortunately. We do have a couple that are similar but I'm not sure if any will work, due to the evident differences. See our 36-018E, 36-018ACK, and 36-018G.
