the other piece is 2 3/4×1/4"
Hole to hole is 2 1/2
I haven't been able to find this size to replace several broken window latches

Thanks for posting! Before we move forward, I'd like to double check the measurement for the distance between the installation holes on the sweep lock, from center to center. We do not carry any that match the 2-1/2" measurement you've confirmed, so I would like to be absolutely certain.

Thank you for double checking the measurement. The distance between the installation holes on the sweep lock is 2 1/16. That is from the middle of the hole on the left to the middle of the hole on the right.

Okay, great! Thanks for confirming. There are a few possible recommendations we can recommend to you, worth considering as a replacement. You'll need to compare the dimensions and design of each of these sweep locks to determine which may be the right fit.
For the 90-077A, you'll need to use the 90-177 window lock keeper and the 90-161 is sold along with a keeper. However, if the 90-305 is the match for you, you'll need to reuse the existing keeper.
