Recently, I ordered 2 Artium window balances from Swisco, order# 2227980 (item# S395-30, Option: 2930) and received Jan 9, 24.

Attached are current existing window balance.
Please confirm a ordered item from Swisco is correct one.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid the Series 395 can't replace your old balance. The key detail here is your stamp starting with 86. That tells me that your balance has a special calibration that isn't matched by any of our standard parts. 

What I will do now is email you an order link for (2) balances that you can use to place an order on our website. Please note that the bottom fitting will have "wings" like the top fitting but this won't affect function.
