Crestline awning windows

A quick learner from LaPorte, IN 46350 says:
I have 15 Crestline Millwork windows that need a gear. They open, close and lock except when getting to the section of gear that is stripped. Lock is separately located. The gear is 1" diameter with 15 teeth. The operator mechanism with the gearing and crank is 4"x2". The exposed arm is 15". There is another arm inside a cutout of the frame. Can you possibly help?

Sending additional info on the Crestline gear. This picture is flip side of previous ones sent. Bore is 1/4" on one side and 7/16 on flip side with teeth. Hope this helps with gear or I'll have to go with operator replacement

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

Unfortunately, we do not carry replacement operator gears separately. We have come across this operator in the past but, to our knowledge, it was discontinued and there is no exact replacement available. With that being said, take a look at another customer's thread here where we mentioned the 39-069 awning operator as a possible replacement. Modifications to the sill trim would be necessary and, even then, we can't guarantee that it would work but take a look and see what you think. Thanks for posting!
